malibu

complete last minute trip down the coast.
i got out of my afternoon classes, and jumped in the car with a friend, to assist her at a shoot about an hour south of here.
in the mountains of malibu the sun dropped fast, and the cold came in a giant burst.
after packing up all of the equiptment we found relief at a little corner store, nestled in the hills.
they had a small fire in an old stove outide the store. this was clearly where the locals hung out at night and drank beer. there were alot of teenagers there as well, obviously bored, becasue they were all getting too much enjoyment out of throwing rocks up into the trees... giant rocks, that came dangerously falling back down into the parking lot. after an hour or so of chit chat, with the aged regulars, about bangs, and picture taking, we headed back down the mountains.

back to santa barbara the next morning to catch up on al the bullshit i missed...
