i DID however get a 2 hour educational discussion from my little sister today about calories and nutrition.. so much more than i wanted to know. basically she enlightened me to the fact that pretty much everything i put into my body is terrible for me. but it was good to hear from her non the less. and happy at that. definitly a plus in my day.
It rained harder than hard today. the streets were almot un-manuverable. loads of flooding. santa Barbara is ill-equipted for storms.. haha BIG TIME, the whole city like stands still. an experience.
